We have purposely chosen properties with accessibility in mind. When you're close to everything, it saves you time. Even tenants that commute to the outskirts of the city find that their drive time is faster from our locations because you are going against traffic each way.

Who is Everley?

The Everley name is synonymous with community care and service, passed down through generations. Bruce’s great-great grandfather, Dr. Jess Everley, Sr., was a dedicated doctor in western Kentucky, traveling country roads to provide essential medical care at all hours of the day and night. His legacy of compassionate care continued with his son, Dr. Jess Everley, Jr., a pharmacist in rural Kentucky. The pharmacy ledger books showed a heart of compassion forgiving debts for those customers experiencing hardships. His daughter, Bruce's mother, Dr. Clemmie Everley Moore, followed a similar path of selfless service. As a pediatrician in Tampa Bay, she gave up a thriving medical practice to work in clinics serving the less fortunate. Drawing from this rich heritage of community service, Everley Dwellings was founded to offer a welcoming home for traveling healthcare professionals and now working professionals from all backgrounds.
